Shipping is only available within the contiguous 48 US States.

We understand that when you make an order, you want your gear as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen. We work closely with our vendors in order to have the product shipped directly to you from their warehouse. Most orders will have two day shipping, but may very depending on the vendor.
Items will have an availability status shown once a size/color is selected on the product page; this availability status will also be shown on the shopping cart page and in your order confirmation email. The products on our website will ship same or next business day. The earlier in the day the order is placed, the better the chance it will ship that day. Orders received after 5pm CST will be shipped the following day.
While we will do our best to ship from the distribution center closest to you, not all items will always be in stock in every location at all times. In some cases we will split the order and ship each package out to you individually and in other cases we may need to consolidate the items in one location to ship out as one package. We utilize our best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible. If products have to be shipped individually to you, you will not be assessed additional shipping charges.
A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.
Most orders will be shipped UPS, however we do utilize USPS, FedEx, and DHL as well other carriers.

Fast Standard Shipping
Delivery typically in one to five business days, usually within two days.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, we must have a physical address to ship an item to.
APO orders may take a little longer to process, please allow an additional 1-5 business days to process your order.
Items designated as hazardous (such as paints and chemicals) may only be shipped via ground shipping to the contiguous 48 US states. Hazardous items will be clearly identified during the shopping process.
We are currently only shipping tires to the contiguous US 48 States. Each tire carries its own shipping charge regardless of the size of order.
Oversize items are currently only being shipped via Ground to the contiguous 48 US states. Oversize items will be clearly identified during the shopping process and carry an additional shipping charge. Oversized items include: ramps, fairings, motorcycle stands, fenders, street and dirt bike stands, certain full exhaust systems, street and cruiser handle bars, rims, seats, etc.
Typically packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature. Motoclops is not responsible for items that are left at your door.
Motoclops does not typically take back orders, however items in which a back order or pre-order is available will be clearly identified.
If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but Motoclops will assist customers with these claims to the best of its ability.
Proposition 65 Warning
At Motoclops, we take rider safety seriously. Informing fellow riders how certain products may impact their health is part of that. The Proposition 65 warning, officially named the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act, is a label notification required by law on all products that contain materials or chemicals known to the state of California as something that may cause cancer or reproductive harm. The act was passed into law in 1986 by the state of California and has since widened its scope to include more than 800 chemicals and substances. This includes more common materials like brass and PVC, and as such you may see the warning on items ranging from shoes t o oils. For more information, go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.
Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included.
You have 30 days from receipt of the product to request a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) to start the return process. Product must also be returned within 30 days of date the Return Goods Authorization number is issued.
Once your return is received and inspected by Motoclops, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
For wire transfer payments, all refunds will be issued to store credit.
You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your return order back to our warehouse address indicated on the Return Goods Authorization instructions.
See below for instructions on where/how to get your return order back to us. Items should not be shipped back to the manufacturer; all returns need a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#) and will need to be returned to Motoclops at the address indicated on the Return Goods Authorization instructions. Product returned without pre-approval and RGA# will be returned to the customer.
Deliveries will not require a signature. Motoclops is not responsible for packages left at residential addresses without a signature.
Return Shipping Options
Convenience returns – For customers in any location, you have the option of using the carrier of your choice to return your order to us. We recommend shipping with a method which includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment.
Non-convenience returns Damaged products, warranty, incorrect catalog application, rep error, etc. will be issued a special RGA# with a return call tag and will be shipped back to Motoclops through UPS.
All shipments must be made prepaid; packages shipped COD will be rejected.
After you process your return and receive your credit, simply place a new order for the proper merchandise.
You are still responsible for return shipping costs on your original order back to us.
Order Cancellation / Modifications
Once an order has a status of “Order Processed,” it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.
Any merchandise which has been used in any way cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet in your boots and to try your motorcycle helmet on indoors before heading out on your bike.
Any merchandise or parts which shows signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc.) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.
Craigslist, eBay and online forums are excellent resources if you have a used item you do not want or can no longer be returned to Motoclops.
Closeouts or Discontinued Merchandise
All sales are final on closeout or discontinued items. Returns for closeout or discontinued items will not be accepted. If a closeout or discontinued item is defective, under warranty, or is miss-shipped a credit may be issued or call tag sent. (Note: Manufacturer Direct Warranties will not be accepted or credited by Motoclops).
Apparel and Helmets
Apparel items must be packed in their original garment bag (or equivalent plastic bag protection) and include all original tags. The plastic bag protects the item from the cardboard. Items packaged without this protection most likely will arrive scuffed and will be returned to the customer.
Helmets must be shipped back as they were received in their original helmet bag, box and include all original paperwork and accessories.
Electronics, Hard Parts, Tools, Tires
Any electronic which has been removed from packaging or manufacturer seal broken is non-returnable.
Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.
Any Tool or Chemical that has been opened or seal broken is non-returnable.
Open box items for which the packaging has been destroyed are not returnable.
Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. Motoclops will assist customers with their warranty; however Motoclops does not provide any direct warranty on any item sold.
Most manufacturers offer an additional warranty period which covers against merchandise defects. To determine warranty requirements for a specific item, please contact the manufacturer for assistance or refer to the warranty information that comes with the product.
Please note warranty processing may take 4-8 weeks and will be subject to the individual manufacturer’s policies and discretion. Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence.
Warranty returns must be returned directly to manufacturer and not to Motoclops.
Please let us know ASAP if any items on your order arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Damaged item claims are handled through the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc.). We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like.
You can request a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#) online at www.motoclops.com.
Step 1: Click “Login / Register” or “My Account” (if you are already logged in) with in the Vault module at the top of the web page. Once you are within the “My Account” area of the website, click on “Order History” on the left-hand side of the page and find the order in question and click “View”.
Step 2: Select the item(s) you would like to return from your order and be sure to choose the reason for returning each item.
Step 3: Select your return shipping method and follow instructions.
Step 4: Please print your Return Goods Authorization form and include it with each shipment back to Motoclops. You have 30 days from the day the RGA# is issued to return your merchandise so please be sure to print and ship at your earliest convenience. Please do not tape anything to the original product packaging! We need to get all products (and their packaging!) back in new condition. Place all merchandise in a shipping box; you may use the original shipping container. However, please DO NOT use the manufacturer’s product box as the shipping container. It will arrive damaged and the package will be rejected by our returns department. The RGA number must also be written and clearly visible on the outside label of the shipping box/container. Returns should be shipped to the address indicated on your Return Goods Authorization instructions.
Please retain your return tracking information. Motoclops is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. You will receive a confirmation email from Motoclops when your return is processed which will include the full details of refund credited, address to ship to, and RGA# (packages will not be accepted without a RGA#).

Consumer Privacy Rights
As a consumer, you have the right to know the categories of personal information that is being collected by us. You also have the right to request disclosure of the information that has been collected about you by us. You may submit a request for disclosure of the personal information that we have associated with you over the prior 12 months by submitting a Verifiable Consumer Request. We will take reasonable steps to comply with this request as directed under the law.
We gather customer information as needed to provide service, administer our business and for the commercial purpose of completing your order, tracking deliveries, tracking returns, delivering newsletters, tracking consumer preferences, and communicating offers on merchandise. When you purchase or order a product, subscribe to our newsletter or a service we provide, we may request information including your name, address, telephone number, email address and credit card information. In addition, our web server will automatically gather information about your visit to our site, including your browser type, what pages have been viewed, the time of visit, etc. This information is gathered from your computer, smart phone or other computing device used to visit our websites.
Upon submitting a verifiable consumer request, we will provide you with specific pieces of personal information that we have collected about you. You may access, update or delete any personal information you submit to the website by submitting a verifiable consumer request using any of the contact points listed at the bottom of this privacy statement. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe, not exceeding 45 days.
Technologies such as: cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are used by us and our marketing partners, affiliates, analytics and online customer support providers. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.
Analytics / Log Files
As is true of most web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We may combine this automatically collected log information with other information we collect about you. We do this to improve services we offer you, to improve marketing, analytics, or site functionality.
Behavioral Targeting / Re-Targeting
We partner with a third party to either display advertising on our website or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our third party partner may use technologies such as cookies to gather information about your activities on this site and other sites in order to provide you advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests. If you wish to not have this information used for the purpose of serving you interest-based ads, you may opt-out by clicking here. Please note this does not opt you out of being served ads. You will continue to receive generic ads.
What We Do With This Information
The information you provide is used by us to process your order or provide you with a requested service, such as our online newsletter. It may also be used to confirm and track your order, notify you of new products, events, and limited time offers. We do not sell your personal information collected from you to any person, entity, or third party. Unless you expressly authorize, the personal information collected from you will only be used to administer services including management of your account and authorized transactions. Your personal information will not be sold or provided to an unauthorized person or entity.

If you do not wish to receive phone contact from us, please let us know by contacting us by phone, email or in writing to our mailing address. Please note, that we will not share, rent or sell your telephone number to any other company or organization.
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our websites. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our website of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information.
We use other third parties to provide credit card processing, shipping orders, consumer feedback, quality assurance and the Live Chat function on our site. When you purchase a product or log in to the Live Chat we will share personal information as necessary for the third party to provide that service. These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose.
We do not share your email address with other companies or organizations. However, your email address may be used internally to conduct business including confirming orders, answering questions, provide our newsletter as requested, and other customer related services. You may choose to opt out of receiving news and information by email simply by contacting us by email, phone or in writing. In such instances, you will continue to receive email contact pertaining to any current or outstanding order you have with us.
Our site may contain links to other websites not affiliated with us, including websites of vendors and/or service providers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these other sites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our site to read the privacy statements before providing information, as they may differ from ours.
We display personal testimonials of satisfied customers on our site in addition to other endorsements. With your consent we may post your testimonial along with your name. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, please contact us.
Social Media Widgets
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, please contact us. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Our Security Practices
Our internet transactions are conducted via secure server connections. This includes the transfer and receipt of your personal information. Our physical location is protected against loss, theft or misuse of information via appropriate security measures as well. In addition, when a secure transmission needs to be made when sensitive information is being transmitted, we use SSL Encryption to ensure your credit card information is secure.
We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. It is our policy to respond expeditiously when we receive a clear and complete notice of alleged copyright infringement that complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the “DMCA”). If we receive proper notification of claimed copyright infringement, we will remove or disable access to material claimed to be the subject of infringing activity in accordance with the DMCA, and in appropriate circumstances, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Also, please note that you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) if you make a false claim of copyright infringement. We will review and address all notices that comply with the requirements above.
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, subscribers or accountholders who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our websites and apps, and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Product Availability & Descriptions
Product availability is not guaranteed. All prices displayed on our websites and apps are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid in the continental United States only. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to discontinue products, change availability, or change specifications and prices on products shown on our websites. We further reserve the right to limit the order quantity of any items without prior notice, before or after your purchase.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including pricing) and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on our websites is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted an order).
If your order is cancelled after you have already been charged for the purchase, we will refund to you the amount paid.
Emissions Laws & Aftermarket Parts
By purchasing aftermarket parts modifying motorcycle emission control systems, including but not limited to exhausts, fuel controllers and smog block-off plates (“Racing Parts”), you acknowledge that those Racing Parts are legal only for closed-course competition use, and you agree not to use those Racing Parts on a street vehicle. The Companies cannot verify your usage of Racing Parts, and will not be held responsible for any misuse. It is your responsibility to comply with all laws that apply to your vehicle.
State Sales and Use Taxes
State sales, use, and other taxes may be due on products and services sold through our websites and apps, and are assessed as applicable. In addition to notice of tax due on each purchase, which we provide at checkout, certain states require the delivery of an annual purchase summary to customers and the state tax authority. By purchasing products and services through our websites and apps, you are agreeing to delivery of this annual summary to you via email. Annual tax summaries are tax documents that may require action on your part.
