Suspension Service
Keep your suspension working at its optimal performance.
How does the service work?
1. Find your suspension(see below) and purchase service
2. You ship in your suspension to Motoclops (you pay)
3. Motoclops performs the service (usually within a 2-3 business days of receiving)
4. Motoclops ships the suspension back to you (shipping cost additional)
Authorized Service Center For:
Fork Service Includes:
- Complete disassembly of both spring and damper sides
-Inspect for structural failures, such as dents, penetrations, cracked brake mounts, worn or loose bushings, etc.
-Clean all components
-Replace all seals, O-rings, bladders (if applicable) and other expendable components replaced on both the spring and damper sides as needed
-Dampers will be hand bled, or bled in a vacuum pump (if applicable)
-Reassemble with fresh grease, bath oil and/or air
-Functions check and final inspection
-Bushings can be replaced if needed for an additional cost.
Shock Service Includes:
- Complete disassembly of shock
-Inspect for structural failures, such as dents, penetrations, cracked mounts, worn or loose bushings, etc.
-Clean all components
-Replace all seals, O-rings, seals and other expendable components replaced as needed
-Reassemble with fresh oil and/or air
-Air pressure adjustment: The air pressure is set to the factory recommendations or to the rider's preferences (if applicable)
-Functions check and final inspection
-Other worn parts replaced if needed for an additional cost.
